A full website rebuild for Vero Beach's barrier island custom home builder: 230+ projects, organized by neighborhood, built for Google and AI search.

The Challenge

Builders East has completed more than 230 custom homes and major renovations across John's Island, Windsor, Riomar and The Moorings. Their old website didn't show it. A prospective client searching from one of those communities found a site that didn't match the quality they'd see on a job site, and nothing that spoke to their specific neighborhood.

What We Did

We rebuilt builderseastfl.com from the ground up. Full-screen video on arrival, a portfolio organized by neighborhood with dedicated landing pages for John's Island, Windsor, Central Beach and Riomar, a five-step process page so clients know exactly what working with Builders East looks like, and Google reviews pulled directly onto the homepage. Under the hood, the site is structured with schema and clean content architecture so it ranks in Google and gets cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
